@SouthwestAir what a joke, took a chance and flew south west. Stuck at RNO for 12 hours with a “mechanical problem”. SW can’t book us a hotel because of “computer glitch”

Then when the glitch is fixed, the flight I was going to be rescheduled to is now full. I Was told my frustration with this was because of “conspiracy theory” the most patronizing and humiliating customer service interaction I’ve had with an airlines.
