It's been over 31 days of waking nightmare for Avihai Brodutch, whose wife and three children were kidnapped by Hamas on October 7. He says views of the war are changing, adding 'I hope it ends... it's just a cycle that keeps going on and on' https://t.co/dIqdbC6zZn
@RobShaw_BC@TheOrcaBC Crime in Kelowna is worse than it’s ever been…the policy is not working. You can’t even park your car on the street overnight in a residential neighbourhood without getting your vehicle window smashed/raided…criminalization is being enabled.
Deeply disturbed to learn of rallies planned for tomorrow in B.C. to celebrate the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians by Hamas terrorists in Israel.
Our @BCUnitedCaucus unequivocally condemns these hate-filled rallies & any who celebrate the murder of innocents. #BCpoli
I unequivocally condemn the attacks from Hamas on the people of Israel.
Thousands of rockets fired at civilians during a Jewish holiday.
The people of British Columbia stand with Israelis and their right to live in peace and security.
We have a situation in BC where the NDP downloads costs onto local govt. who passes those costs onto property owners. Landlords get squeezed by rental increase restrictions and cannot pass costs along so they sell. Tenants find nothing near as affordable after eviction.
This is fantastic news. Thank you for the exceptional work done by contractors to accomplish this in the time they did. We are very grateful for the tireless efforts! Well done all! #Coquihalla
We are NOT getting BC booster shots or rapid tests out fast enough to respond to Omicron. Period. Look at other provinces! Total failure BC gov - ramp it up now vs. new restrictions that hurt already crippled private small businesses. #bcpoli#cdnpoli@VaughnPalmer@keithbaldrey
There have been 135 cases of the Omicron variant of concern identified in B.C.:
•Fraser Health: 38
•Vancouver Coastal Health: 20
•Interior Health: five
•Northern Health: one
•Island Health: 71
