We look at a piece of written work at the end of the structured output phase as well as the written task set in the autonomy quiz. @thefish64 Compulsory GCSE, full EPI curriculum in KS3, full EPI curriculum in KS4, tweaked to focus on exam skills and cover content. Y10 students pre EPI on 29% pass rate, now on nearly 60% pass rate…. It works!

@RogersHistory We co-plan EVERYTHING from the trainee to HoD. SoW are written and shared in September, a framework for each lesson sequence is decided upon and tweaked as needed - impact? Trainee is one of the best planners in the dept! 🙌
