1/3 Very disappointing experience with @MGMotorIn Roadside Assistance.

Late Sunday night, I had a tyre blowout and was stranded. My RSA had expired, so MG asked me to pay ₹1,500 for assistance. I paid immediately.

What followed was anything but “Roadside Assistance”.

🚨 After 7 months of sheer mental agony and an absolutely appalling after-sales experience, I am left with no choice but to take the legal route against @MGMotorIn.
​Despite escalating my unresolved issues directly to their top management and CEO, I have faced zero accountability and complete ignorance. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, constantly leaving the customer to suffer without any genuine support.
​I have officially filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (@jagograhakjago) and am preparing my case for the Consumer Court. Think twice before trusting this brand with your money.

Wilson Sir, one factual clarification:

In January 2026 and on 19.02.2026, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu was Thiru M. K. Stalin. Thiru C. Joseph Vijay assumed office only on 10.05.2026.

Therefore, when discussing the police investigation and the final report dated 19.02.2026, shouldn't accountability for what happened during that period also be examined in the proper administrative and supervisory context of the government then in office?

My question is simple: if there were shortcomings in the investigation conducted before May 2026, who was responsible for the investigation and its supervision at that time?

The issue should be examined based on the actual timeline and records, without political attribution after the fact.

Please speak up and clarify. Now, let us set the record straight on the Gem Granite Veeramani POCSO case.
You became CM in May 2026.
Though the final report is dated 19.2.2026, the court received it on 20.2.2026 with receipt number 411; however, the POCSO court did not take it on file for verification and cognisance until 19.6.2026.
My question is: did your Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, DGP, State Intelligence, and COP Chennai discuss this case with you after you assumed charge as CM?
On 19.6.2026, or before then, why did you(your government) not attempt (silence can also be taken as consent) to persuade the court to return the police report and seek an order for further investigation?
Did your government decide to persuade the POCSO judge to accept the 19.2.2026 police report?
However, the fact remains that on 19.6.2026, the POCSO court did not heed your government's persuasion to accept that report.
Now, when the POCSO court directed further investigation, Veeramani (A 1) was not arrested immediately.
Furthermore, your government took time, and the case was adjourned from 19-06-2026 to 20-07-2026, 03-08-2026, 27-08-2026, and finally to 30-10-2026 to file reports.
Veeramani (A 1) was arrested only on 28.8.2026!
Why the three- month delay in arresting A 1 or taking action against him?
Why did you take three months to form the Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the case effectively on 24.9.2026, when the court ordered further investigation on 19.6.2026 itself?
Why all the drama and spectacle in public?
No politics of diversion for offences of such serious nature, CM sir.
Let's ensure the victims receive justice, and their identities are protected!

@tushv24 The specifications certainly look impressive, but prospective buyers should also look at after-sales service and customer grievance handling before making a decision.
I own an MG Hector Plus (TN09DM8466) and have been facing a Side Step Board issue since shortly after delivery. The same concern was reported repeatedly, yet it remained unresolved for nearly 11 months and the vehicle has been at the MG service centre since 03.09.2026.
Complaint No. 7016861 remains unresolved despite repeated escalations and even a Legal Notice served on 17.09.2026 and delivered on 18.09.2026.
FPL MG subsequently acknowledged that its earlier communication had incorrectly referred to the vehicle as “30K PMS”, although the vehicle was around 8,383 km and the service record itself states “3rd Free Service / 10,000 KM Service.”
I'm sharing this not to comment on the Tomahawk EV's specifications, but to request prospective MG customers to consider real-world after-sales support, complaint escalation and accountability along with the product features.

I would never recommend buying an MG car..my experience is very bad with thier after sales service. Struggling with MG team including thier management from last 7 months.

🚨 Think twice before buying an @MGMotorIn vehicle. Their after-sales service is an absolute nightmare.

​For 7 months, I have faced sheer irresponsibility and mental agony from their team. My brand new car has spent WEEKS sitting at their service center instead of being with my family.

I would never recommend buying an MG..Struggling with MG team including thier management from last 7 months.
