Dr. Alireza Golchini is a stark example of this injustice. He has been sentenced to death solely for adhering to his medical oath.

By targeting those who honor their oath, the regime exposes its complete disregard not only for medical ethics but also for the most basic principles of humanity. Criminalizing empathy and turning caregivers into enemies is a profound betrayal of civilization and a confirmation of barbarity.
