Today is #StrokePreventionDay With a focus on high blood pressure-the biggest risk factor for stroke.We encourage you all to have your blood pressure checked.If high,you can help lower it by reducing salt,regularly exercising,reviewing alcohol intake& smokers can cut back/quit.
