In the middle of a pursuit in the early hours of this morning the rider of this scooter decided to get between me and the subject vehicle, purposefully impeding the pursuit. A short time later @NPASNorthEast found it abandoned #TeamWork

Police investigating a report of a collision in Middlesbrough on Wed 6 April are appealing for further info. Officers are grateful to those who have assisted so far and are keen to speak to the driver of a white hatchback who they believe may have witnessed the collision.

Police are appealing for witnesses, CCTV and dash cam footage after a 7 y/o girl was injured in a fail-to-stop collision on Britannia Place, Redcar, around 6pm on Thurs 31 March.

Two hours after being reported stolen we have recovered this vehicle & arrested a suspect on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, the driver also failed roadside drugs wipe & breath test

Today a driver decided to try & impede myself & an ARV travelling on blues to an emergency by driving towards us in the centre of the road & waving both hands at us. He got a shock when @ArvSgt then stopped him shortly afterwards!

He’d only been driving 3 weeks!

In the early hours of this morning the driver of this car had a lucky escape… they had already crashed into 1 vehicle, then into a lamppost.

Upon officers arriving, the driver stated they’d just had 15 pints then failed to provide at the roadside.

They’re now awaiting bloods
