Hate monger Satyam Pandit released a video while standing outside the Haj House, in which he called on the government to convert the facility into a cow shelter (gaushala).
In the video, he also claimed that the Haj House had been provided to Muslims "without any justification" and questioned its existence.
The remarks have drawn criticism on social media, with many users arguing that targeting institutions associated with a particular religious community undermines communal harmony and social cohesion.

Several people have called on the authorities to take note of the statement and examine whether the remarks violate any laws or promote religious hostility.

Purnia, Bihar: Police Investigation Finds No Evidence of Beef in Viral Assault Case

As Team Rising Falcon had earlier pointed out, a Muslim hotel worker and a young boy living with him were allegedly assaulted in Gokulpur, Purnia, after being accused of selling beef.

A review of the viral video showed that the victims never admitted to possessing or selling beef. Instead, the footage appeared to show the accused, identified as Abhijeet Yadav, repeatedly pressuring and allegedly assaulting them in an attempt to force a confession.

The video was widely circulated on social media on June 16. Following an investigation, Purnia Police stated that no beef or any other objectionable material was found at the hotel.

According to the police, the incident took place on June 14 at a hotel in Gokulpur under the K. Nagar police station area. After examining the case, investigators found that the claims regarding beef were not substantiated.

Police have registered a case against several identified and unidentified individuals for allegedly hurting the sentiments of a particular community and spreading misleading information. The persons seen assaulting the victims in the video have reportedly been identified, and raids are underway to apprehend them.

Meanwhile, the hotel owner has also filed a written complaint alleging that he and his son were assaulted after asking customers to pay for their meal. A separate case has been registered on that basis as well.

The case highlights the dangers of vigilante actions and the consequences of making serious allegations without forensic evidence or due legal process.

Uttarakhand: Controversial Remarks Against Muslims Spark Concern

Bhupesh Joshi, identified as the State President of the Uttarakhand Kali Sena, has reportedly made inflammatory remarks calling for Muslims to be driven out of Bairagiwala in Uttarakhand.
In a video statement circulating online, Joshi allegedly urged local Hindus to expel Muslims from the area and made comments opposing the presence of mosques and the Islamic call to prayer (adhan). He also reportedly claimed that Muslims have no right to live in the country.

If accurately reported, such statements raise serious concerns about communal harmony and could be viewed as promoting hostility against a religious community. India’s Constitution guarantees equal rights to all citizens regardless of religion, and any calls for discrimination, exclusion, or violence should be examined under the law.

The matter warrants attention from the relevant authorities, who can determine whether any legal provisions have been violated and take appropriate action if necessary.
