@HonTimWanyonyi @KURAroads @SakajaJohnson Car stuck on General Mathenge between Mpaka & Ring Road. Are you going to fix the road? Cars damaged, roads have potholes, kerb is damaged, drains are overflowing. Can we get some response? #fixGeneralMathenge
IMAGINE A CEMENT FACTORY IN PARKLANDS - A residential area operating daily with trucks and traffic obstruction.
The blatant disregard to the law is appalling.
We bet they have permits & licenses from NCCG and NEMA.

Happening now: beacon to beacon manenos in parklands. Speedy gonzales high rise developers wamevunja ukuta ya wenyewe @NemaKenya and ward admin Jane wakiangalia tu. Jamani. @parklandspamoja@metro_alliance_ one wonders @SakajaJohnson what are you not doing?
Nairobi County planning and our agencies have completely failed Parklands. Developers are building recklessly, breaking every rule in the book, and nobody seems to care. What’s worse, boreholes are being drilled left, right, and centre with zero regulation. Every new development adds another, with no thought for safety or long-term consequences. This is not just negligence, incompetency and corruption but it’s a disaster in the making. Parklands is a ticking time bomb. One day we shall regret this and we will only have ourselves to blame.
CORRUPTION IS KILLING US

@HonMosiria you have removed signboards that were not in anyone’s way. U must be feeling very good. Hope you sleep well knowing that you are destroying tax paying businesses
@ncakenya Where on earth does a victim becomes the one to bare consequences of a rogue blatant violator otherwise known has developer? This construction site sinks an illegal excavation, then the existing development is compelled to comply with an illegality? Eng. B. Kanda must be high on corrupt dealings, what a shame!!!
Don’t worry we are coming for you as @parklandspamoja@DCI_Kenya please look into all illegalities in construction within Parklands. 90% of sites are crime scenes.

@HonMosiria when we pursue sound urban planning and insist on action to be taken on the illegal constructions and rogue sub county officials - this is the result of poor urban planning and corruption.
Frames and videos the extent of the damage/ mess/ livelihoods lost/ agony and injustice to Parklands Residents.
Please see if these residents can be assisted today through some quick interventions .
The area MCA - STEPHEN NDEWGWA cares little about the people that elected him to office; It will be a big shame for county to be demanding for land rates and or business licenses come next year.
What is the Subcounty office doing to handle this crisis? We did call out the administrator- JANE NDANU- who is part of the filth in parklands. All orders are ignored when she is to enforce the same.
