@EaseMyTrip The name Navi Mumbai International Airport is explicitly visible on your portal after I raised this concern. Earlier you've shown it as HYD to BOM only. I have booked couple of tickets in 2 - 3 months from Bombay airport & return, I haven't faced this issue earlier.

If a client wants to book a flight from Bombay to Hyderabad, why would @EaseMyTrip offer Navi Mumbai Airport? When I flagged this obvious issue, your team blamed me instead of acknowledging the error. What next-Pune Airport for a Mumbai return? That's how customers get misled.

After this tweet, @EaseMyTrip agreed IN WRITING to a full refund, provided I took this post down. After I made a second return booking with @EaseMyTrip, I was told on call that the refund would be denied unless I removed this tweet. So, because of @EaseMyTrip’s error, I ended up paying TWICE and was then pressured to stay silent.

Why always customers have to pay the price @EaseMyTrip ?

@EaseMyTrip -I selected "BOM" to "HYD", not “Mumbai/nearby airports.” Yet your platform gave me "NMI" for the return while showing it as "BOM". That is purely misleading and unfair.

Moreover, your staff member Deepika Yadav confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund if I cancelled the earlier ticket and booked a fresh one. After I did exactly that, she mentioned that the refund will not be processed unless I remove this post.

I have now paid TWICE for the same return journey because of your platform’s error and your staff's false commitment. So, pls stop shifting responsibility to the airline.

For your reference, you can surely check the call recordings. And as mentioned by your team, I expect a full refund of my first ticket.

FYI - I've paid INR 16098 (BOM to HYD & return) + INR 8379 (one way return to BOM). Total INR 24,477 for a 700 km distance, which does not makes sense for me as a consumer.

(INR 9263 is the actual booking value of 1st ticket from Hyderabad to Navi Mumbai).

@EaseMyTrip team @IndiGo6E - You must stop showing these kind of misleading information to your consumers. Ultimately, consumer has to suffer with their money and time both. Not worth it!
