@riversedgg @DoctorTurtleboy I believe PI who took the stand was able to authenticate the photos, but, Bev. wouldn't allow it. When 3rd party culprit for the prior homeowner & a Bowden defense are allowed, but this is not, I have grave concerns.

@kreadisinnocent Find the right person to run against him. He argues/rebuts & persecutes in an official capacity but says the info is desperate/meaningless? Why then spend so much money/taxpayer resources to to try to clear a bunch of names? What are you afraid of?

@Vanessa78023403 @DropMicrodots I'm an attny & have never observed a court reporter act like that. A lot of courts have electronic systems to send audio to reporters to transcribe from a system so this doesn't happen. If any issue comes up a client may hire an extra reporter from a reputable company also.
