@evri__uk You are by far the worst courier company in the UK. Our local driver is quite frankly a bloody liar. Second day running stated no-one home. Untrue and cameras to prove he never came. Second day running no collection either. Cameras to prove it.
@lner Staff member ‘Peter Adam’s’, feels it’s ok to shout at customers and threaten to put the phone down. I just asked what was the purpose of the call. This was after calling me at 22:30 last night. Terrible company. All this for £15. Just do the right thing first time.

@LNER Two emails and more hassle and the £3.50 offer was as unreasonable as LNER charging. We just won’t bother using trains again. Waste of time, too stressful.
@LNER#traindisruption this is the state of British rail transport. Train delayed (not our fault obvs) valid ticket in hand. Advised by platform staff to board another train as won’t make connection due to delay. Train manager then says ticket not valid, must spend another £15…
@bootsphotousUK that’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever known. Photo didn’t arrive yesterday, phoned customer service (open till 10pm) spoke with girl in her home with men shouting and tv on whilst she asks all my questions via a chat session and relays answers!
