@British_Airways it’s now been FOUR days since you ‘lost’ our bag (despite us never even taking off for Naples due to your IT issues). No update and your customer service in Italy hung up on us last time we called. Appalling all round - thanks for ruining our trip

@British_Airways Called you guys again and we’ve just been told that the bag is still at Naples airport and hasn’t even been assigned a courier service for delivery. It’s just been SITTING there for days. We leave Italy on Sunday to return home to London. HOW is this acceptable????

@British_Airways To be clear, we’re now on day 7 of a 10 day holiday and our luggage has not arrived. We were told it’s in Naples Airport 2 days ago and it has somehow STILL not arrived at our hotel (90 mins away from Naples Airport). No one is helping or supporting. @British_Airways

@duolingo @duolingo While I don’t mind the new app, it’s quite glitchy for me and it won’t let me buy gems (like the option to buy has disappeared). I’m now about to lose my 290 day streak but can’t buy gems even though I want to spend my money…. Can you help?
