@JillStir @British_Airways @guardiannews Regardless, just before take off they had to move a few people from the back seats to the front to "adjust the weight of the aircraft", but even then no one thought "oh that's funny, maybe we should check if the forward hold is empty before fucking off to Naples". 🏆

Arrived in Naples from London Heathrow after a three-and-a-half-hour delay with BA424, but apparently the pilot flew an empty aircraft - no bags in sight, they didn't bother loading them in. @British_Airways, what's good? #britishairways #ba @guardiannews
