Elite athletes increasingly follow a philosophy called “The Process”—ignore results; focus on doing the small things well. As Marcus Aurelius reminded himself: a life is built action by action. So just focus on completing the task at hand.
Do you think it has to do something with too much implementation taking away critical thinking? I agree that AI can definitely increase productivity with morning debriefing, etc… but how much is too much? @AH_AxiaFutures talked about this.. where is the diminishing returns line that hurts the trader more than helps?
@Robleytrades I know how liquidating everything and looking for other endeavors feels.. we really have a similar story. We always come back to this one thing we love. Wishing you nothing but the best on this journey.
Hawish Fed with a continuation of strong economic numbers does not correlate to the increase of '24 rate cut bets but in fears of forced cuts.
Today’s trade is driven by regional bank fears- the Silicon Valley bank collapse trade again in KRE correlation.
@Trader_Bran The strong cuts view can't come from the strong economic numbers nor hawkish Fed, but something else.. maybe meltdown fears? Today's action seems like the silicon valley bank collapse trade again- KRE correlation
Nasdaq strength only thing holding up equities. PMI print caused FED rate March futures to sell off and March/December spread to rise. # of cut bets are slowly falling off the table. I don't see a March cut happening, nor Equities at highs for much longer.

Thus, most of the time this should be taken with a grain of salt.
