Just to let everyone know— I NEVER RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM MAHINDRA AS THEY MENTIONED IN THE POST OR DM.
I am never going to buy this shitty brand vehicle and never going to suggest.
I bought it in the first place coz i wanted to uplift and be with an Indian brand but looks like “uunchi dukaan feeka pakwaan”
All the best with your automated response and brand.

Disappointed with my recent experience with Mahindra & Mahindra Service.
✔️ Vehicle was given for its scheduled 50,000 km service.
✔️ I was charged for replacement of both front and rear brake pads.
❌ Upon inspection after delivery, I discovered that the front brake pads had not been replaced.
✔️ The vehicle had to remain at the service center for two additional days to rectify this mistake.
Total service bill: ₹31,000
After the vehicle was returned, I noticed a fuel gauge issue and had to hand it back to the service center.
I am now being informed that multiple coolant hoses and related components require replacement at an additional cost of approximately ₹29,000.
What concerns me most is:
❗ The vehicle was never overheating before it was handed over for service.
❗ No such issue was reported during the service process.
❗ These problems surfaced only after the vehicle was returned.
As a customer, I expect transparency, proper diagnosis, and accountability.
A routine 50,000 km service is now turning into an expense of nearly ₹60,000, with no satisfactory explanation as to how these additional issues suddenly appeared.
I have already raised a formal complaint, yet I am still being asked to approve and pay for these repairs.
I request Mahindra to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a clear explanation.

No body has reached out to me regarding the issue, despite so many DMs. Their replies are just another automated msg!
Looks like Rapido has started walking on that path - to cheat customers? as I see huge price difference for the same place, same time when I compared with another.
I didn’t expect this from Rapido.
I used to rely on this brand compared to Ola/Uber.

@nishchal_amit@Mahindra_Auto@anandmahindra Everywhere I see , Mahindra’s inability to resolve issues is making me question whether my issue will be solved or not. @18002096006 when will the automated msg in my DM stop and Real beings starts enquiring ?
Yes i got this msg-

I am extremely frustrated with the service experience I’ve had with Mahindra and would strongly advise prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing a Mahindra vehicle.
While Mahindra promotes its vehicles as feature-rich and value-for-money products, my experience with their after-sales service has been nothing short of disappointing. The biggest concern is that the service centers themselves seem inadequately trained to handle the very vehicles they sell.
I have personally dealt with both the Mayapuri and Manesar service centers, and unfortunately, neither met even basic expectations of professionalism and competence.
During a scheduled service visit to the Manesar service center, (I own XUV 700XL)I was informed that the required work, including front and rear brake pad replacement and a few routine maintenance items, would cost approximately ₹15,000–₹16,000. However, the final bill came to nearly ₹31,000 after adding several charges that were neither properly explained nor justified.
What was even more concerning was the dishonesty involved. The service advisors, supervisors, and even senior staff assured me that the brake pads had been replaced. Had I not personally inspected the vehicle, I would never have discovered that the work had not been carried out as claimed. When confronted, one of the supervisors admitted that they “might have missed” replacing the brake pads. Such negligence and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the service center recommended replacing the fuel gauge, which I approved. During the process, they damaged my coolant component, and now they are asking me to bear the cost of fixing the damage they caused.
I genuinely regret purchasing a Mahindra vehicle. A vehicle is not just about features and pricing—it is also about the quality of ownership experience and the support you receive after the purchase. Based on my experience, Mahindra has failed on that front.
If Mahindra is on your shortlist, I would strongly recommend evaluating other options before making a decision. The frustration, wasted time, and poor service experience simply aren’t worth it.

@trishna0409@anandmahindra@mahindraesuvs@consaff Ditto!! I too went for a normal scheduled service which turned out to be - a pocket burning service , i dont know when my vehicle will be repaired
@prasaddugyala7@18002096006 Mahindra service center are very very incompetent in my experience. I myself am very frustrated and chasing the service center and mahindra customer care for a while
