But with this record of the professor, one gotta have a slow judgement.

Now anyone can be casteist, but if this man, is prosecuted under SC/ST, then the proof of burden lies on prosecution too and that too beyond doubt.

It is his job to stop if he catches a student cheating, a student is young and impulsive and can be under stress also due to that.
Both things can be correct at same time.

But jailing him for something which he is not directly responsible, well it is injustice too.

However in this case, the child committed suicide, but the professor wasn't the catalyst factor in series of events.
Despite the unfortunate thing that happened with his parents, SC/ST act in this act is very unwarranted and misuse of the law.
