@avivaplc on the 16th May I got hit off my push bike by a client of urs. It’s now been 7weeks in which ur client admitted liability it’s not been resolved, even though all information has been given.
This is poor customer service by 1 of the biggest insurers in the uk!

@TUIUK We have waited 6 weeks for a reply. Then got a rude lady that said £50 PP refund or nothing.
Not sure that is the customer service we had hoped for.
We also had our two young children in the room.
