@O2 I called yesterday about a failed sim swap, the person I spoke to did it manually and it appeared to be successful this morning as I was able to make calls etc. but since this morning/early this afternoon I’ve not had signal despite restarting the phone many times.

@AmazonHelp Yes, when I ordered one delivery was due the next day before 1pm (Saturday 28th) and arrived today. The other I ordered today for same day delivery by 10pm and is expected between tomorrow and 2nd June (Thursday)

@bestwestern imagine I sent this email on 01/11/21 and still haven’t had a response. The room was diabolical and the customer service was just as bad. Wouldn’t recommend the Croydon Aerodrome to anybody based on this awful experience. Was also promised a refund but still nothing!

FYI the THREE MAJOR issues were a toilet that didn’t flush, scalding hot water for the shower that burned the other guest and no plug for the sink/not a proper plug hole (very weird). And then the shocking customer service to go with all of that 😅
