Enough with the excuses and misleading narratives. Bringing up the Islamabad High Court changes nothing when it is widely seen as being under Asim Munir’s control. You ignored your brother’s statements because they didn’t fit your argument. But after your comments on the budget today, everything became clear. Yesterday, our family met with KP ministers at the Islamabad High Court. We held a detailed discussion on the steps being taken to restore all of Imran Khan’s legal and lawful prison rights.

During the meeting, Ministers provided the following update:

1. There will be no surplus budget, as Imran Khan has consistently directed that all available funds be utilized for the development and uplift of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

2. The KP Government will not sign any agreement to transfer the Rs. 175 billion requested by the Federal Government unless the following demands are met:

• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must receive its full share for the merged districts (formerly FATA) for the current fiscal year, amounting to approximately Rs. 300 billion. These funds are essential for the economic development and stability of the merged areas.

No agreement will be signed until all of Imran Khan’s legal and lawful rights are fully restored, including

1. The immediate transfer of Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for proper diagnosis, examination, and treatment by qualified specialists.

2. An immediate end to Imran Khan’s eight-month isolation and solitary confinement.
a) Restore weekly meetings with 6 family members, 6 members of his legal team, and 6 friends (political associates)

b) Restore his weekly phone calls with his sons.

c) Restore his access to books, newspapers, and other reading material.

These are the basic legal and human rights that must be respected and restored without further delay.

رانا ثنا کا دعوہ ہے کہ سہیل آفریدی نے این ای سی کی میٹنگ میں پیسے دینے پر آمادگی ظاہر کی بلکہ پیسے ہمارے پاس آ چُکے ہیں اور این ای سی کی میٹنگ میں عمران خان سے مُلاقات کی کوئی بات نہیں ہوئی۔

ہائی کورٹ کے چکر لگانا اور بجٹ کی منتقلی پر مشروط بیانات دینا کوئی مزاحمت نہیں کہلاتا۔ یہ صرف ظاہری کارروائی اور سیاسی مصلحت ہے تاکہ وقت حاصل کیا جا سکے، جبکہ دوسری طرف عمران خان گزشتہ آٹھ ماہ سے تنہائی کی سخت قید کاٹ رہے ہیں۔ ان کی رہائی اور حقیقی حقوق ان بہانوں یا ادھوری کوششوں سے کبھی حاصل نہیں ہوں گے۔ یہ سب تبھی ممکن ہوگا جب پارٹی اور عوام یہ سیاسی کھیل کھیلنا بند کریں گے، اور ایک ہاتھ سے اسی نظام کو سہارا دینے اور دوسرے ہاتھ سے بیانات داغنے کے بجائے، میدانِ عمل میں آ کر ایک بے لچک اور بھرپور عوامی مزاحمت کا آغاز کریں گے اور یہی عمران خان چاہتے تھے اور چاہتے ہیں۔
