@UrsulaV @NeolithicSheep Likewise, it's a great fresh green to add to tacos and nachos. It's also good in a sauteed greens mix.
Pull the leaves off of all but the most tender stems for best results.

@UrsulaV Don't know if you and @NeolithicSheep have given up, but I did some culinary experiments w/ chickweed last spring. My findings: it's great in a mixed greens salad. Lime really compliments it - it's a great addition to a green smoothie along with some lime juice
