@maternityCPD @kinzalouise @TillyTeacher I've previously done some FOIs re SPL. It's not perfect but can be possible to ask for numbers who've received Shared Parental Pay as that will be in employment/pay/finance records. One problem is that not all people taking SPL will be getting ShPP, but it's a start??

But we desperately need more equal parenting. So, we need to replace ShPL with a more equitable system, based on individual, non-transferable rights to *better paid* leave for *each* parent.
