@cremieuxrecueil Melanoma mortality is absolutely down for stages 3/4 at presentation. Not sure about the incidence but I imagine there are a lot of competing risks that would cloud that trend over time (like smoking induced mortality)

@MarcGoldwein Cost per beneficiary for current Medicare program is ~$12k per year. Cost for younger persons (at higher multiples of Medicare rates) is lower -- closer to $5k-6k per year though if Medicare rates were applied it could be about ~25% lower. Bigger issue is ensuring provider margin
