How many times do I have to say it, ADHD isn't caused by gluten/sugar/artificial colouring/"toxins" or anything you're eating.
If you come into my comments saying you "cured" your ADHD by quitting sugar, then what you had wasn't ADHD.
ADHD is genetic. There's no cure.
This. All of this. Maybe a hot take, but this is something I notice in the AT profession. Burnout places so much blame back on the person. Work life balance as a solution places so much blame back on the person. We need to look at the systemic things that cause moral injury.
