[Shashwat Srivastava @ShashwatIndian]

[Shashwat Srivastava @ShashwatIndian]

@aady79993 @EmiratesNBD_AE It is a shame that instead of resolving the issue they are calling it out as your frustration.. @EmiratesNBD_AE it is a huge lapse at your banks end that despite of knowing that the account has been compromised you guys did nothing to block it.. you are Directly responsible

[Aadya Shree @aady79993]

@EmiratesNBD_AE Classic Emirates Nbd response it is customers fault for giving your account security details @EmiratesNBD_AE pls check my response to that your team failed to block my account access because of which I lost money - if required let me put a screenshot here. #feelinghelpless

[Shashwat Srivastava @ShashwatIndian]

[Aadya Shree @aady79993]

@EmiratesNBD_AE hope you help me and get in touch please.

[Aadya Shree @aady79993]

@EmiratesNBD_AE I've tried for 6 months to be heard. As a Dubai newcomer, I fell for a scam call, giving away bank details. No money was in my account, yet scammers transferred 5000 AED. Despite requests, my account wasn't secured. Feeling humiliated and unheard. #EmiratesNBD"
