@jamesmartinchef @British_Airways My friend and I had a nightmare on our recent trip to Miami… my bag “didn’t make the plane”; pre-paid seats didn’t happen; cancelled our Heathrow to Glasgow flight on way home which took out our Miami to Heathrow flight out too so our pre-booked, and paid for seats didn’t happen

@British_Airways Not only that, my bag “didn’t make” the Miami flight way out! Anddd… the extra payments we made for securing seats didn’t happen either! We’ve lost around 24hrs of our holiday trying to get through to Customer Serv… email, phone, DM. Maybe Carrier Pigeon?

@British_Airways I am INCREDULOUS at the lack of customer service. I knew BA had gone downhill from the excellent brand it used to be, but this takes the biscuit. Cancelled our seats from Heathrow to Glasgow and at the same time cancelled our Miami to Heathrow flights!

@British_Airways Our flight from Heathrow to Glasgow has been cancelled on Monday morning and we’ve hung on to helpline for 33 minutes, eventually get through and no one speaking to us. Call still connected though. In America right now and wasting time on this debacle!
