@Ticketmaster the platform and errors of “session paused” at critical parts of a time sensitive transaction are a complete failure. I don’t get how this monopoly has not been disrupted.
The customer experience is one of the worst in tech. Not sure why I even bother trying.
@rowantrollope @ilyabu @Zoom As I stated Zoom is moving forward with DGJ today. It’s up to all of us to ensure it’s a great user experience. I also stated I don’t think multi-app as-is is great either. My comment was “if” DGJ doesn’t deliver, then we have to be open to other innovative solutions.
@ilyabu @rowantrollope@Zoom@odedgal Ok so actually managing them for over 10 years as a customer is irrelevant? Regardless of what you think, there are other opinions in the world that have merit. I remain steadfast in my view that we should be open to those.
@ilyabu @rowantrollope@Zoom@odedgal As I said, we have a direction it’s DGJ. However, if we both deliver on the ideal experience with DGJ and the majority of customers still feel multi app is the right strategy, then we have to be open to that being a possibility.
@ilyabu @rowantrollope@Zoom@odedgal In the current climate I don’t think it’s a great experience. Not every vendor bought in, management issues, licensing overhead, etc. that doesn’t mean that there isn’t and elegant solution to be had. Would take multi vendor collaboration to solve it.

@AskMP I assume you have gone the capture card route and it doesn’t work for you for some reason? Secondarily, does the RTMP output not work for you either? If not would be hood to understand the specific need and required security around ingest.
@Insect_Nation @colinmadland @Insect_Nation that actually looks like a different problem. In the virtual background settings uncheck “I have a green screen”. If you can’t, it may be that your CPU can’t support non-green screen performance. Hopefully that may help. 🤙
@AlbreyBrown For me it depends on the role being hired for. If it’s a senior role or manager, I am looking at work experience, time in role, etc. education is at the bottom and I rarely get there. Only time I could see it in play is someone with no job history and it’s all I have to go on.
