MD OPF is the person who is misleading ministers, SAPM advisors, MNAs, CDA officials, by showing fake development reports, white lies, false promises, fake contracts to his contractor/front man Dr. Shoaib. He is the epic of evilness for the OPF zone 5. @CMShehbaz
