Train already halts near Ghaziabad and doors are hydraulic/auto-locked from loco cabin, so passengers cannot get down even when the train stops.

Travelling in Train 12309 (Rajendra Nagar–New Delhi), PNR: 6764109688. The train reaches Ghaziabad (~6:30 AM) but has no stoppage, forcing passengers to go till New Delhi and return. Kindly provide a Ghaziabad stoppage for commuters.

Fir these transactions, I haven't received any otp. And after the transaction I haven't received any message or mail related to these spends. So you shouldn't close the ticket without resolving this issue.
