@hastingsbc Rubbish has been left outside my house and several neighbours because we have temporary traffic lights outside. The rest of the road has been collected. A team need to be sent back out to do their job properly as the seagulls will rip the bags open.

@hastingsbc 3 days have passed, 1 trip to the council office, several calls and a voicemail to confirm the collection later, the rubbish still hasn't been collected and has been ripped open by the seagulls! Good job HBC!
