@rexfreakzoid@majtoure the morons in this thread think damaging someone’s car warrants an execution, no due process. The relevancy here is that it shows his killers might’ve had a grudge, and instead of being dispassionate law officers, they let their emotions take over and ended his life. Unacceptable
@GraemeGames@AndyWilson22 In this case, no: when you allow the Mystic trigger to resolve, you don’t know what equipment they’re going to tutor for. The whole process of searching, shuffling, presenting the deck to be cut, is part of the resolution of that effect, so no new info has transpired there
@BoshNRoll And similarly, as soon as Ken said “ok” to any monument trigger getting announced or to that bounce spell, then that’s new information. Otherwise you could use the take back as a way to fish for whether your opponent has a reactive card in their hand
@BoshNRoll I’ll have to rewatch the match, but the rule is that you can _quickly_ take back a play or tap your mana differently as long as no new information has been gained. In this case, Ken, imo, had enough of a reaction to that Quench, that that should’ve been considered too late… 1/2
