@TUIUK Lovely start to holiday - not able to sit next to our 9yr old and 12yr old kids on the 5hr flight out. Then forced to pay £89 for them to sit with us on return flight. Thanks TUI. Please @andyburnham bring in the Civil Aviation Bill 🙏 #TUIFail #TUI #Holiday

@Eurostar Absolute carnage at Paris Gare du Nord. Understand delays happen. But why cram more & more people into a waiting room with hardly any seating & no air conditioning?! Kids and elderly seriously suffering.

[Arun Mayor @Sheriffe]

@EastMidRailway @RailOmbudsman How long will this be the case? Genuine Q - do you think £180+ return to stand for 4 hours on a packed train represents value for money for your customers?
Speaking to many last week, we will now drive further out to Grantham & Newark to get the @LNER service just to get a seat.

[Arun Mayor @Sheriffe]

@EastMidRailway For the last few weeks there have been no seat reservations on the East Midlands Parkway to St. Panc and return. Is there any update when they will be back?
Paying £180+ for the privilege of standing for 2 hours is not great service. @RailOmbudsman

A big thank you to @jameswnaish for visiting Crossdale Primary School in Keyworth today to explain what an MP does and how our political system works. My 8yr old daughter loved it.
Whatever your political allegiance, more MPs should do this.

Nice reminder from my Mum this morning about the time I had to teach her to look after my Tamagotchi before a school trip.
Needless to say she did better than I did when babysitting the goldfish! 😅

Sorry people - this has been happening for a long, long, long time… but not necessarily to encourage you to buy healthier products, which would actually be a a big positive step.

@cineworld Staff member was very apologetic and has given me replacement ticket voucher & food & drink voucher, which am thankful for. However, had planned my travel today all around this screening & paid for parking. If you’d have at least communicated to me I could have changed plans.

[Arun Mayor @Sheriffe]

@cineworld special trip to cinema in Notts, buy popcorn & drink, scan tickets only to find film cancelled. Some form of notice would have been nice. Wasted trip. Awful customer service.

First visit to @mercatometropol with the team did not disappoint. The only issue was making a decision on what to try as so much choice!
Opted for the Korean fried chicken bimimbap, which was superb.
Will definitely be visiting again and recommend.

@CarolineWoolman Good point - queues started to form at closed lanes without people realising until told.

Visited the new M&S Coffee Shop format at Fosse Park yesterday - impressive aesthetics, super products (Hunters Chicken Toastie was amazing). A few friction points in the consumer journey evident but still early days & recommend a visit.

@RideCannondale please can I have the colour code for sonic blue? Had a scrape on the SuperSix and need to touch up. Thx.
