@cineworld Staff member was very apologetic and has given me replacement ticket voucher & food & drink voucher, which am thankful for. However, had planned my travel today all around this screening & paid for parking. If you’d have at least communicated to me I could have changed plans.

@cineworld special trip to cinema in Notts, buy popcorn & drink, scan tickets only to find film cancelled. Some form of notice would have been nice. Wasted trip. Awful customer service.

First visit to @mercatometropol with the team did not disappoint. The only issue was making a decision on what to try as so much choice!
Opted for the Korean fried chicken bimimbap, which was superb.
Will definitely be visiting again and recommend.

Visited the new M&S Coffee Shop format at Fosse Park yesterday - impressive aesthetics, super products (Hunters Chicken Toastie was amazing). A few friction points in the consumer journey evident but still early days & recommend a visit.
