E20 is already 98 99 octane and ethanol burns cooler and hotter so bikes actually run better on it corrosion is the issue.

because E10 and E20 are already excempt from excise because the petrol on it 80 to 90% has excise duty already and just becomes a new product when its belnded.
so they waive it so there is no double charge and ethnol is not imported.
