We've seen a big shift to financial focus for the last decade at the expense of the product/consumer. If your company isn't growing infinitely, then it's ripe to be exploited and written off as a loss.

AI prompts are effectively a programming language, and unless you understand how your language is being interpreted by the AI, you will get unintended results. Effectively, it's like a really bad programming language that has multiple meanings for the same words.

This is why I don't trust results from AI. This is a core problem: AI doesn't understand context, it cannot understand intent over literal meaning. So unless you are extremely explicit in how you state a problem, you may not be sure that AI is answering the question you asked.
