Everyone in the #maritime industry starts their career in chaos and keeps telling themselves, โI just need to sort these things out, and then itโll be calm.โ
Years later, still sorting, still waiting for the calm. ๐
I spoke to soon.
My wife is remodeling the house & I may end up regretting every Starbucks coffee I have ever had as I try to look for money in my past after I run out of money from my present & future.
@monymounir@benkimbuilds Not to brag but my wife hasnโt ever bought anything from Dubai Mall & her credit card bill is mostly our groceries.
If her โcostโ is defined by her personal spend, itโs under $500/month.
And in case of a divorce, by Sharia Law she is entitled to $20 (no joke) per our contract.
@TheNationalNews UAE's legal system is very efficient. I have already gone through this a couple times - it's quite cheap, quick and efficient to open a commercial case (even against mega govt-backed corporations).
@saif_aldareei Yes, but I can't praise UAE "traffic culture" until people stop driving slow on the left lanes.
We have 6-lane roads & I still have to fight everyday with slow drivers whereas in Germany I can drive >200 km/h on a 2-lane road because people don't drive slow on the left lane.
@AshCrypto@mil_isabel And the capital to fund growth of Nasdaq, growth of Bitcoin, AI spend, gold purchases, wars, etc. is all going to materialize at the same time? Is there an infinite capital glitch somewhere?
