@MosheELavi speaks so eloquently with @LornyDunkley on the plight of the Israeli hostages and their families, in particular with regard to his brother in law Omri Miran, held by Hamas since #October7#BringThemHomeNow
⚠️ Content Warning ⚠️
It’s been exactly 4 months since this moment, the moment when Hamas terrorists invaded the Nova music festival. Here you could see them
abducting one partygoer, and executing another who pretended to be dead.
It’s been 4 months since 1,200 Israelis were massacred, raped, and mutilated. 240 more were abducted. 136 still held in Gaza.
These crimes against humanity were well documented, many by the terrorists themselves. They conducted them proudly and gleefully with an unspeakable level of sadism.
They dragged the whole region into a horrible war.
We will never forget.
Today would have been Shani Louk’s 23rd birthday, had she not been brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists.
Shani should have been celebrating her birthday with her loved ones today.
Instead her family is mourning her death.
Rest in peace Shani.
May her memory be a blessing.
"Last seen October 7"
I will never get used to this message on Omri's WhatsApp, the day our conversation froze.
Today is day 124, and I look back at a picture he sent of Roni a year ago today. Like any mother I ask "isn't she cold?" and he says "no".
Omri, are you cold? When will we see you again? The girls and I can't wait for you to come home.
On October 7, Hamas massacred over 1,200 people—and injured many thousands more.
One of them was Elay, who sustained burns over 60% of her body and was left in severe respiratory condition.
It’s still a long road to recovery.
CLARIFICATION:
On October 7, Hamas took 253 hostages. Of those, it is still holding the bodies of least 29 dead hostages.
Hamas is also holding another four hostages from before 10/7, two of whom (Hadar Goldin and Oron Shaul) are dead.

The UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence visit to Israel at the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israeli delegation to the UN
Pramila Patten, the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict concluded last week her visit to Israel at the initiative of the Division for International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ and Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan.
Patten visited the headquarters of the Hostage and Missing Families Forum and met with abductees who had returned from Hamas captivity and with families of abductees who are still in Gaza. Patten listened at length to the testimonies and stories and promised to use all the means at her disposal to bring about the release of the abductees.
After her meeting, she proceeded to Camp Shura, where she met Capt. (res.) Avigail Bar Asher, head of the Military Rabbinate's Female Corpse Identification Team, who described the unit’s work as reflected through the brutal evidence discovered at the identification center since Saturday October 7.
Later, Patten toured the headquarters of Unit 105 of Lahav 433 of the Israel Police, where she was briefed about the activities of the national investigation against Hamas terrorists and the collection of evidence regarding the sexual assaults, abductions and massacres committed by the terrorists by the heads of the unit.
Patten also visited the western Negev communities, where she spoke with eyewitnesses at Kibbutz Be’eri, at the site of the Nova Music Festival and at the Nahal Oz military camp.
At Kibbutz Be’eri, Patten met with local resident Or Yelin and volunteer of the ZAKA emergency response team Yossi Landau and listened to their testimonies regarding the atrocities that were enacted there.
Patten was invited to Israel by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan so that she could witness the extent of the atrocities for herself and bring Hamas’ crimes to the attention of the international authorities.
The UN Special Representative is due to present the findings of her visit to the UN Secretary-General to facilitate the designation of a section of the annual report on sexual crimes to the events of October 7.
All four members of the Kapshitter family from Dimona were all murderd by Hamas on October 7th as they tried to return home from camping trip for son’s 5th birthday.
Dina, Evgeny, Aline, 8, and Ethan, 5, had spent the weekend camping in Park Ashkelon. The following day, Sunday, was to be Ethan’s fifth birthday.
When the red alerts began to blare, warning of incoming rockets, the family heard the alert siren and decided to pack up their camp and head home.
They managed to call Dina’s father to say they were on their way back but were stopped on the road by a group of Hamas militants.
The gunmen told them to get out of their car before shooting dead the family.
Initially, only the bodies of Dina, Evgeny and Ethan were identified and buried. Aline’s body was identified a week later.
May their memories forever be a blessing.
#BREAKING From the UN Human Rights Council chamber, families of 10 Israeli women hostages held by Hamas in Gaza for the past 4 months demand the International Community act to #BringThemHomeNow!
The NYTimes also reports that in addition to the mentioned 32 victims, Israeli intelligence fears that up to 20 more hostages were also killed in captivity.
123 days, Hamas still refuses to disclose the condition of the hostages or to allow Red Cross visitation.
Together with 10 families of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, we met with @ICRCPresident and urged the organisation to do its utmost to ensure all 136 hostages are returned back to Israel.
It has been 123 days in hell already. Hamas' crimes must end.
If you’re looking for VIP refugee treatment, look no further than @UNRWA.
There are 36 million refugees in the world, but only 6 million Palestinians have inherited a “special” refugee status, thanks to UNRWA.
Why is this the case?
