@airindia I checked your response and it reflects that the customer support agent is the person who did this fraud. He asked money using gpay and then made a transaction using his account. Initiated a refund which landed to his account. Big big big fraud. Loosing trust in support

@UIDAI @HMOIndia Dear Sir, My mom went for Adhaar KYC and the system was not reading finger print or Iris scan. The service person refused to do KYC. The concern is why Adhaar Card based KYC is a rule if govt can not do KYC based on that. Please suggest.

@airindia @MoCA_GoI the query is still not resolved properly. This is really a big scam by air india. First they are changing the confirmed seats without information and then forcing to pay for another seat. On top of that creating inconvenience to traveler with infant.
