Watching & dreaming to be the next generation for @TeamUSAHockey. I wasn't home to watch the game with my boys. But thanks to @googlenest I was able to see their reaction to the golden goal.

A year ago, I had the pleasure of meeting @GregoryMcKeown and got his book Effortless. I highly recommend you give it a read. Here's my recap:
When Life Feels Heavy, Choose the Lighter Path
“Whatever has happened to you in life... pales in comparison to the power you have to choose what to do now.”
We often treat effort as a virtue in itself, assuming that the harder path is the more valuable one. But what if the true key to impact isn’t about trying harder—but choosing smarter? From relationships to work, this collection of insights offers a new lens for pursuing what matters with less friction and more clarity.
Prioritize What Really Matters
When life is full, it’s tempting to juggle everything at once. But not all tasks carry the same weight.
Big rocks must go in first. Essential priorities like health, relationships, and rest deserve space before career goals or screen time.
Hard doesn’t always mean valuable. We often glorify struggle, but effort alone doesn’t equal importance.
Return the serve with care. In relationships, respond with attention and positivity, just like returning a tennis volley.
Focus only on what matters. Asking “What are the minimum steps required for completion?” helps cut through overwhelm.
“When you focus on what you have, you get what you lack.”
Make Success Sustainable
Pushing too hard may feel noble, but it often backfires. What truly works is effort that compounds over time.
Sustain pace over surge. Explorer Roald Amundsen reached the South Pole first by walking 15 miles every day—no more, no less.
Build for ongoing payoff. Residual decisions (like writing a book or mastering a skill) pay dividends beyond the moment.
Treat relaxation as essential. Top performers rest deliberately. Doing less, better, beats doing more, exhausted.
Fix what bugs you early. A small frustration today can cost hundreds of hours later. Eliminate it now.
Create Leverage Through Simplicity
Sometimes, a single smart decision creates ripple effects. And often, the power lies in doing less—but doing it well.
One hire can shift everything. A great employee doesn’t just fill a role—they influence the entire culture.
Now is your point of power. No matter what’s happened, your next action is the most important.
Pair a gripe with a grateful thought. Transforming complaints into gratitude rewires your attention.
Embed meaning into routine. Rituals like folding clothes with intention or saying “I trust your judgment” amplify impact.
“Our rituals are habits we have put our thumbprint on. Our rituals are habits with a soul.”
Conclusion
Life doesn’t have to be a grind. By focusing on what matters, simplifying our efforts, and choosing consistency over intensity, we reclaim energy for what’s truly essential. The lighter path isn’t lazy—it’s wise.

It's worse than that, if the customer has an issue with a single item but purchased multiple, they can't dispute a single item, so the whole order gets refunded.
They have humans doing reviews, so they claim you need to respond within a certain "criteria". Very frustrating for merchants.
Shopify also doesn't pass through the reason for being denied to the merchant.
