I won’t be accepting any contracts this offseason and I officially retire from the FBA to pursue interests outside of basketball. To my friends in the league I wish you all the success you can manage and look forward to just being a fan of yours.
My light is still on.

Some would say that I’ve been lucky for the past 10 years; I’ve made friends, competed with and against some of the greatest athletes in the world, and I’ve made a comfortable living. But there’s one who would disagree with all of that, especially over the last 4 years.
Me.

Finally getting to it: I appreciate the Keystones, Spirits, and Howlers organizations for the opportunity, the hospitality of the cities of Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Billings, and the fans in each city for the love they’ve shown me as part of their teams. Thank you all.

@TyriqMurphy @TashiraSports You have every right to be frustrated. This is a bad take.
We don’t have to sign contracts that almost guarantee that we’ll get buried on the bench if a “desperate” team will either pay us more or give us a better shot at starting.
It’s a business for us, too.
What’s to worry about? I get to sit back and see where I land, knowing I’mma be good no matter where I go. Even if I don’t get any offers, I still got options. There is no bad outcome for this gazelle! 😁😁
@ElizaMaeduPont@adgemartin That’s a tough one. I’ve never been able to stop biting my nails and I’ve been told that I need to see a therapist about it.
