long answer: it depends on what you want because they're two different things, simply put, if you're looking for UI kits, something with pre-built components then go for bootstrap

@johnjmwakalinga setting realistic timelines, you probably think more highly of your capabilities and speed than they actually are, or maybe because of that same reason you procrastinate a lot because you believe you can still make it in time because you're that good, being realistic just works.
