Graduation season keeps delivering the same viral footage of ceremonies turning into brawls, graduates in gowns swinging, families fighting while little kids cry nearby.

This isn’t happening at random schools. It’s concentrated in specific communities, often the same ones posting over 70% nonmarital birth rates, schools that socially promote kids who can’t read, and a subculture that treats basic impulse control and decorum as optional or “acting White.”

Dignity isn’t hard. Sit down. Shut up during the names. Celebrate the milestone without turning it into street theater.

You can blame poverty, racism, or “joyful expression” forever.
The videos and the family structure data say something else. Decades of normalized dysfunction have consequences.
Culture flows from the home. When the home collapses, the ceremony does too.

We can keep pretending this is fine or we can stop making excuses and demand better standards.

The footage isn’t going away.
