@airindiain same here.. the customer care had sent a refund confirmation mail too.. to be refunded in 14 working days and its been a month now. Please do the needful to refund our money back.

@airindiain Air india expresss customer agent processed cancellation by confirming I will get refund on my PNR PACKRZ which was booked for MAA-AUH on 16th July. I am still yet to receive any refund. Kindly check and confirm.

Air india express customer care is very poor reach when we are out of country , we can’t really hold the ISD call for 30-45mins. Also email channel is always reverted with automated replies. Could you please speed up and introduce chat options to get our query faster @airindiain
