@GoibiboSupport Date change due to a mistake while booking is allowed if it is communicated within 24 hrs. This was also confirmed by your team over call. Don't give wrong information. The problem here is that you have not allowed linking zero cancellation to new ticket

@GoibiboSupport unfair practice at your end. I have just booked a flight along with free cancellation option. But selected wrong date and initiated date change request under DGCA policy. Why is the free cancellation not applicable on revised date? Date change is under DGCA rules
