The USA has vowed not to allow anyone exposed to EBOLA to the USA soil.
They are free to take their citizens exposed to EBOLA and quarantine them in Space Ships, or to the USA territory.
If the USA doesn’t want them, they can stay in the DRC.
If the EBOLA exposed people are not safe for the USA, they are not safe for Kenyans.
@WilliamsRuto must be deposed if he brings EBOLA to Kenya using infected USA citizens.
Nairobi cannot continue carrying the full weight of Kenya’s political and economic life. If we are serious about restoring order and unlocking real growth, we must take bold action relocate the seat of government. Moving it to a strategic location like Mosiro in Kajiado County or Isiolo would ease congestion in Nairobi while opening up the rest of the country to meaningful development. Kajiado, in particular, presents an opportunity to expand economic activity beyond Nairobi and stimulate growth in other regions. As long as everything remains concentrated in Nairobi, we will keep facing the same cycle of congestion, migration pressure, political protest and short-term fixes. Relocating the capital is not just an idea it is the step Kenya needs to grow sustainably and inclusively.
My friend today told me something that has disturbed me deeply.
He said he discovered he had HIV only after his wife went for a routine clinic visit while pregnant. She tested positive. She came home crying, shaking, asking him one question:
“How did I get HIV and I have only been with you for 6 years?”
Imagine looking into the eyes of a woman who trusted you completely… a woman carrying your unborn child… and realizing you destroyed that trust with your own choices.
He confessed. He apologized. But the damage was already done.
The wife left.
And the painful part is this: he said he does not regret being HIV positive. What destroys him every day is knowing he infected the woman who loved him faithfully and possibly their unborn baby.
Men, this is not about shame. This is about responsibility.
Stop risking innocent lives because of temporary pleasure.
Stop acting like “it can never happen to me.”
Stop gambling with people who trust you with their bodies, futures and lives.
If you cannot stay faithful, use protection.
If you are sexually active, get tested regularly.
If you know your status, be honest.
Because one reckless decision can destroy an entire family forever.
HIV is no longer a death sentence, but betrayal, guilt and emotional destruction can haunt someone for life.
To every man reading this:
A loyal woman should never have to discover your secrets through a hospital test while carrying your child.
Protect your partner.
Protect your children.
Protect yourself.
One moment of irresponsibility can become somebody else’s lifelong pain.
My Cousin Richard Turere came up with an idea of protecting Maasai homes from lion attacks by installing solar lights and he added cameras that rotate 360 degrees and are all weather proof..His project is called LION LIGHTS! Retweet kindly apate ya cabbage! Asante!

To be a MAN is to bear responsibility for all things.

Anytime you see a grown man or woman, past 27 years still living with their parents, and they look like they dont have any plans to move out, regardless of how rich the parents are,it could only mean two things. Its either the person suffers from an illness that they prohibits them from staying away from the parents for long because they need care, or the person totally unreliable
Kuna sampuli ingine ya watoto kutoka stable families, mzazi anamuangalianga namna hii anaona huyu nikiachilia huko nje hawezi survive. They cant survive without their parents. Jamaa wanakuanga wako tu,hawakuangi sharp,na wanakuanga na maswara haziishangi. Parents just decide to keep such children around them, because that is better than them being dead
Mtu anakwambia anaishi na wazazi juu ako na pesa, huyo anakudanganya. At some point,Every sane person reaches a certain age and they develop a feeling to step away from the parents shadow and forge their own paths. Those who dont, are likely what I just described. Kwanza huyo mrasta wa kujiita planned kid najua ata hajui kufunga kitanda. Bure kabisa
Khabusie!
@onjolo_kenya You haven't added how all these monies will be under the control of some accounting office, they will be applying and submitting documents to the relevant offices for approvals before any cash is released.
In 2016, Twitter opened verification and asked users to submit evidence showing they were notable enough to be verified.
It was never just about follower count. At the time, I had around 600K followers, but Twitter looked at many other things public interest, media presence, influence, identity, and whether the account was likely to be impersonated.
Verification then was about notability, not just numbers.
At that that time less than 200 Kenyans were verified.
There is no language for what this man is carrying.
Former Governor Kiraitu Murungi sits alone facing his daughter Anita Kendi.
She was 24 years old at the time of her passing on May 14, after a brief illness.
Every parent makes one silent prayer their entire life.
That their children never sit where he is sitting today.
That prayer was not answered for him.
There is nothing politics, power, position or any achievement in this life can do for a father in this pew.
He is simply a man.
Facing the unbearable.
May God give him and his family a grace that only Heaven can provide.
Because nothing on this earth is sufficient for this moment.
Rest in peace Anita Kendi.
Your father's love for you is visible from here. 😢
Breaking: Central Police Station OCS Chief Inspector Dishen Angoya has been arrested and placed in custody at Lang’ata Police Station after releasing 64 people who had been arrested over public order offences linked to the fuel price protests.
Story Time 🤣😂😅
Kitambo kidogo niliambiwa Niko na meeting 11am in kilifi. That email hit my inbox at 1am. The project stakes were very high so singemiss. Niliamka 6am nikachukua my baiskeli mbio hadi Wilson. Nikafika hapo nikawauliza kama wako na available flight to Malindi. Wakasema iko ya 7:30. Nikawambia waniwekee sege yangu nitachukua baadaye. Huyo Hadi Malindi then a matatu to kilifi. Nikabook hoteli nikashower, nikavaa suti nikaenda mkutano. So yes unaweza panda kama basi if it's local 🤣
Kenyan farmers, it's time to rethink your dairy breed choice! Brown Swiss cattle thrive in our heat, resist tropical diseases, and survive on local roughage, no expensive feeds needed. Less input, more profit. The Friesian looks good on paper, but Brown Swiss works on your land.
Might actually mess around and bring together everyone I can find who’s suffered the same fate at the hands of @SafaricomPLC@Safaricom_Care for the purposes of a suit.
Niliquit 9-5 ilikuwa inanilipa 150k/month.
Imenitake two years for my company kunilipa 67k/month na nafanya kazi from 7AM to 11PM every day, na sometimes unapata uko na employees wanakupea the hardest time ever, na kuwafuta kazi ni even more expensive.
Every month uko na bills za kulipa in the millions, end month kila mtu ako happy isipokuwa wewe juu uko na another 30 days kuraise another million. Na imagine all this trouble ndiyo net salary yako ikuwe 50k
Sometimes doh haitoshi unasema wacha ulipe the employees alafu KRA utawatumia yao by 9th, unajaribu kupata loan bank inakataa juu hauna shamba ya security, inafika 15th unapata weird calls, unashika unapata ni KRA, unawaambia utawalipa next Friday, wanakuambia Friday haiwezekani, labda Thursday. Inabidi uongee with one of your clients akulipe mapema, anakusomea akikuambia biz haifanywi hivo but anaitikia eventually.
Next week inafika unalipa KRA, SHA,NSSF, Housing Levy. Unahave some peace kidogo only to realize that next week ni end month na this time uko na deficit kubwa kushinda last month, and the cycle continues.
Kama uko 9-5 na uko sawa, I can’t advise you to quit. Heri ujaribu entrepreneurship in parallel but usiquit job yako. It feels good when you tell people that you quit your job to pursue your dream but you also need to understand that your dream will take time before it starts paying the bills, and it might also die before you eat a shilling from it.
I’ve been left with a very big financial dent . Struggling with mere basic needs . I have classes tomorrow, I still have to eat , work on my case and see if I’ll get those conmen . I’m just exhausted and tired . This struggle is too heavy , shit 🤦🏻♂️
My name is Patrick Gachie . On Friday 15th /05/2026 .I was conned with a stolen cheque after delivering onions worth 115k to a man called Kennedy Meme , who has since disappeared
I’m now unwell , depressed and defeated . As a full-time student Onions were my only source of
