@British_Airways sort your ground handling out, you know when should surge staff to meet peak arrival times…or do you! No point the Capt bragging about arriving ahead of schedule then we sit for 30 mins waiting to get a jet walk attached to the aircraft.
@Specsavers get a grip, understand CVD protocols but for god sake start relaxing store entry restrictions. Not good customer service when your told to queue outside in the rain and then stand at the door whilst your perception glasses are being fitted. Ridiculous @portsmouthnews
Team @lufthansa Ti the boarding team handling LH922, FRA to LHR last night. You are stars! Some passengers who cannot be bothered to check paperwork blaming the boarding team and shouting abuse at them. Your team acted as total professionals, well done and respect to them.

This will stop you in your tracks. Unbelievable. We gave them the names of those we trained to fight them. And some we will leave behind to the violence we see at the airport.
An appalling day, verging from rage to tears. https://t.co/KaZT8KAfbk
