@OctopusEnergy Yes thanks all I get told is it will be sorted in a few weeks, or in the very near future..... But this is not good enough having not knowing what my usage/bills are for 6 months+..... #smartmeter
@OctopusEnergy Last I heard was the chap dealing with it emailed to say he was leaving. Just had a gas bill that says its is dead on ยฃ70 sounds a bit suspect being such a round figure.. I have no confidence in your billing anymore as your smart meter readings have not worked for most of 2023
@bren7563@OctopusEnergy Yeah, I'm still waiting for my bill to be sorted. They said it could take 4 weeks. I just keep getting random bills.... Hopefully they can work it out ASAP... It should not be guesswork.....
