So @gwrhelp - last night was a disgrace. Incidents happen that are out of your control as a company but the way that we were treated at Paddington for onwards travel is not good enough. Letter incoming and I will expect not only a full refund on my train ticket but my cab too.

@GWRHelp currently on a train from Truro to London Paddington that was stuck because of a tree on the line and is 4 hours late. Have no ongoing transport when I get to London after your train manager told us taxis would be arranged. This is ridiculous. Sort it.
