Prosecutors relied on phone screenshots of texts instead of full carrier tower metadata, timestamps, and location pings. No video of forensic phone extractions. Rear cameras behind Charlie, speakers, and earpiece receiver were never fully turned over for independent analysis, only footage via flash drive. Discovery to the defense was delayed despite early extractions. Body camera footage stopped as an officer reached the roof with only a vague “battery might have died” explanation. No confirmation it was charged the night before, started the day full, or was forensically examined afterward. Charlie’s clothing, necklace, and phone received limited independent scrutiny. Post-event, two companies removed dirt, repaved, and did additional concrete work on the breezeway roof behind Charlie permanently altering the site acoustics and making independent forensic acoustic analysis of the gunshot impossible. The transport ride had no paramedics or medical personnel. Missing bullet fragments were excluded from analysis. DNA was not 100% conclusive and did not definitively place Robinson on the roof at the exact time of the shot. No clear footage exists of the shot itself. Additional issues include the men seen with Robinson’s car who were they and why did they have it? The vehicle in released footage did not match his car, notably lacking the front license plate holder. Questions also remain about who “Nano” from TPUSA spoke with and what was discussed. No official forensic acoustic analysis of the videos appears to have been conducted or presented by the prosecution or defense. All public acoustic work has come from independent researchers, some supporting the official narrative and others raising questions about distance and multiple sources. When physical site changes, equipment failures, incomplete forensics, vehicle discrepancies, and unexamined items stack up this way, public skepticism is rational. Full independent verification should be the standard.

DailyMail ran the first story at 12:34—they posted the story to twitter at 12:36pm and that’s the one Ben Shapiro first shared to his X feed at 12:38pm Utah time.

Charlie was already at the hospital before ALL of that transpired publicly.

So how is it possible that Ben’s IDF security attaché had already been receiving updates before news broke publicly that Charlie had been shot, while Charlie was in the car?
