The Tamil Nadu Temple Entry Authorization Act as well as the Hindu Religious & Endowments Act both PROHIBIT non-hindus from entering temples. Now on what basis the court is now allowing Non-Hindus to come, if they give it in writing?!

Is this not judicial overreach into religious affairs which they can never do?!

Who is running this country? The Govt or the Judiciary?! I am not sure! Who is making the laws? the Govt or the Judiciary?! What is happening?

Some legal luminaries must explain how a court can "ENACT" law on a single order based on a single hearing that too on a vacation court on a so called public interest litigation and allow non-hindus to come into the Hindu temples, instead of passing orders to ENFORCE entry of non-Hindus into temples!

If this is how thigns are going to go, then I rather move to a forest and settle there. Animals are far more predictable

Ujjain, MP: A 20-year-old woman from Indore met Chakresh Jain via Instagram a few months ago, and they had met once or twice previously.

Chakresh invited her to Ujjain on Monday.

Upon reaching Ujjain, she met Chakresh and another man near Meghdoot Hotel, where they allegedly picked her up in a car.

The woman claimed that four other men later joined them and that she was sexually assaulted inside the moving vehicle.

She further alleged that she was severely beaten and a plastic pipe was used to inflict injuries on her private parts.

Two men subjected her to oral sexual acts inside the vehicle. She was subsequently dropped near Aurobindo Hospital in Indore.

An FIR had been registered against Chakresh Jain and another individual based on her allegations.
