@Priyepriyaa Connect with spirituality, practice gratitude (there are people in worse state than you but still living their lives with joy), be patient (most of the times intensity of such thoughts fade away in few time), go for a walk (early morning or late evening - underrated), journalize.
@bbhandarii The problem is that if you can NOT achieve your goals in 2 terms, you are unlikely to achieve them in next 2 terms as well. If people stay for long than necessary, they are likely to get power hungry and corrupt. The goal then becomes staying in power instead of using power.
People who make foolish mistakes that result in catastrophe but who manage to turn things around are rare,
because people who are wise enough to be capable of turning things around tend to also be wise enough to not make foolish mistakes in the first place.
Life is not fair, so you better work to put yourself on the side of unfair advantage.
Because if you don't, life will find a way to put you at an unfair disadvantage.
Action > Passivity
as a rule the psychologically healthier someone is, the less time it takes them to do something they were eventually going to do anyway. Anything from sending a text to quitting a job. I’m not sure what to call it—processing time? lack of blocks? low avoidance?
